Although the NCA hopes to stress grassroots community work and achievements and the belonging of all to a collective hence minimizing the need for a standard membership obligation, NCA chapters are formed to spearhead national programs and establish local community work. We encourage all to join a local chapter and take part in the building of the NCA as a grassroots organization.
